Communication and Coordination Services for Seller’s Agents

To keep your real estate SELLER’S transaction on track, we WILL:

  • Make sure the Listing Agent is in compliance with their firm’s standards for required documents.

  • Update Listing in MLS. (MLS require that you must obtain a separate Admin log-in for assistants.)

  • Coordinate email communications between Clients, Buyer’s Agent, Lenders and Attorneys.

  • Secure copies of DDF and EMD checks.

  • Follow up on all paperwork for execution and submit accordingly to the correct party (Lender, Attorney, etc.).

  • Remind all parties of important deadlines and appointments.

  • Communicate with Sellers on repairs to ensure they’re completed.

  • Order home warranties, as applicable.

  • Coordinate utilities information.

  • Streamline the entire process with our detail-oriented tracking system, making sure that pertinent deadlines are met according to the contract.

  • Attorney - check for a clear title, and that required documents are completed and returned to the Attorney’s office on time.

  • Keep an open line of communication with the Lender to certify the Buyer is on track for closing with a Clear to Close and the initial CD is disbursed on time.

  • Get a copy of the Preliminary CD to review.

  • Agent is still responsible for all negotiations, staying involved and in communication with their clients. Reliance Realty Partners comes in to help assist with the paperwork.
