Creating Seamless Buyer Transactions for Your Real Estate Clients

Communication & Coordination Services for Buyer’s Agents

 

To keep your real estate BUYER’S transaction on track, we WILL:

  • Make sure the Buyer’s Agent is in compliance with their firm’s standards for required documents.

  • Provide communication coordination between Clients, Listing Agent, Lenders and Attorneys.

  • Set up introductions between relevant parties.

  • Coordinate utilities information.

  • Attorney - check for a clear title, and that required documents are completed and returned to the Attorney’s office on time.

  • Keep an open line of communication with the Lender to certify that the Buyer is on track for closing with a Clear to Close and an initial CD is disbursed on time.

  • Remind all parties of important deadlines and appointments.

  • Secure copies of DDF and EMD checks.

  • Follow up on paperwork for execution and submit accordingly to the correct party (Lender, Attorney, etc.).

  • Streamline the entire process with our detail-oriented tracking system, making sure that pertinent deadlines are met according to contract.

  • Schedule inspections and surveys.

  • Order home warranties, as applicable.

  • Assist the Buyer’s Agent with ordering a closing gift as needed. (Any purchases will be invoiced to the Agent).

  • Communicate with the Listing Agent to ensure repairs are completed.

  • Get a copy of the Preliminary CD to review.

  • Agent is still responsible for all negotiations, staying involved and in communication with their clients. Reliance Realty Partners comes in to help assist with the paperwork.
